Not sure if this is a proper blog entry...

None of my books answer me to this case: If a family who incresed its coa has a quartered coat of arms with every quarter showing another single coa, original shield is on the top right, and then the first son marries a woman who inherits her families coa so it is added, what happenes to their son's shield: Is the new part added and the original family shield becomes a heart shield? Is it somehow quadrupled? I am totally stunned noone seems to know. 0o

Thanks for the help!

Hey!

If you dont have anything against it I would like to affiliate our groups.

arsmilitaria.deviantart.com/

My newborn group is specialised on high detailed military illustrations  (traditional or digital drawings and paintings) and it will host only the finest deviations while gathering some of the most talented artists. Soon it will include Maps, flags and CoA as well.

I sent the request. You have to confirm it. In fact it would be better to send an affiliation request from your side if you have some voting procedure and some administrators are absent or if the request expires in the meanwhile.

You should also consider to join us.

There is anyone who could help me with a design? I'm trying to create a coat of arms based upon the Peerage of Scotland but I'm having trouble combining colors and elements...

Can someone tell me the differences in the different galleries? I have a number of scifi-type emblems I'd like to share with this group but I don't want to start posting in the wrong folder.

Okay, I've uploaded only 1 as a test, but it only gave me FEATURED as a choice.

between the free cs2 and gimp, which would be best for someone who has almost no skill in photo manipulation who wants to start making coat of arms. If there is another free photo manipulator that you know of, please tell me as well.
